To study the land use along the N-S Farish street and provide recommendations for sustainable development

To see North and South Farish Street as a space rich in economic benefits with tools of INTERGRATAION and ORGANIC-NESS
RECOMMENDATIONS
Studied the existing land use which predominantly had abandoned plots and non integrated land use approach.
Additionally, looked into past economic and population trends for further recommendations.
use vacant plots/ unnecessary parking space for urban agriculture
for sustainable development, remove the concrete edges of the creek for greening the edges and creating potential spaces for recreation, enhance street infrastructure with trees and sidewalks
